Be prepare to look at the instructions.I’m not super handy but I can put and IKEA cabinet by my self but this instructions are horrible ! The parts are not marked , there are a few rings with no name that are not showing anywhere in the diagrams. The worst part was that one of the grey Cylinder Part that goes into the front fork was partly blocked (was not drilled completely at the manufacture) so I had to drill it myself to allow the skewer to go through. Very frustrating assembly but after all that it’s a very nice standThis product came incompleto. Not a single screw nor key. Impossible to assemblyI decided to invest in a bottom-bracket style workstand after struggling for 6 months with a frame-holding style stand and this one came highly recommended from friends and reviews.Functionally, the stand works well and holds my road bike securely for cleaning and maintenance. The big benefit of this type of stand is that the bike doesn't move at all and remains completely still. This is not the case with frame-holding stands which I found swing with the weight of the bike and if you tighten clamps too much it will damage carbon or aluminium frames. You avoid all these problems with this stand. The Tacx Spider is best used in an open space so you can move round the bike as opposed to swivelling the stand as it can be a bit fiddly and it collapses down into a small compact size making it very portable. It also comes with all the adaptors needed for a wide variety of bike fork sizes so it will fit the vast majority of bikes. One negative about it is the initial set up out of the box as the instructions appeared to be for a slightly older model, meaning the instructions weren't valid and images shown were slightly different to the actual stand in the box (some clips and adjusters have obviously been moved and changed in the latest version). I couldn't find any different instructions on the internet so had to experiment until I got it right, which took some time. The only other negative is that you cannot adjust the height of the stand, but that is a minor point.Overall a great bike stand which enables easy cleaning and maintenance. Thoroughly recommend spending the extra on this stand than the cheaper frame-holding stands.A great work stand, it took a little bit of time to build as it doesn't come with instructions, but now it's working I'm very pleased with it. It adjusts to many different ways so is suitable for all heights and preferences. Overall very happy with it and I would thoroughly recommend.I like the portability of this stand and how it can be folded away to be stored but in all honesty the stand itself is too flimsy to do any jobs that require any genuine effort (think bottom brackets, cranksets etc).Instructions could be better, but once put together its a good workstand, and I like the fact yo can spin your bike around.Best price in the world. Light, mobile with lots of custom fittings for all type of bikes. ACE. Wish I bought one years ago
