Like others said, these run quite large. I've worn 12 Wide my entire adult life, sometimes a 12 Regular. So, ignoring the advice of others here, I bought 12 W of these Timberland Pro Gladstones. I would have had to wear two, maybe three pair of thick socks for a decent fit! I returned the 12W's, went to 11.5 Wide, they still need a substantial sock. I won't bother trying 11 W. With Amazon's great return policy on footwear, I'd recommend ordering both your regular size and a half size smaller, and return the one that is too big. Don't be surprised if you have to go a whole size smaller. Pretty surprised, I've bought other Timberland Pro ST shoes, fit fine in my regular 12W size.Too soon to tell how the shoes themselves perform, seem good now that I've got a good fit.I ordered this same pair of boots back in 2015 and if I hadn't forgotten them in the Hotel room I'd still be wearing the original ones. I didn't need any time to break these in, they're comfortable from the moment you slip them on.I like the color , its the same what you see in the pic.I don't like the delivery time, it was weeks to get it.I ordered 10.5, which is my actual and regular shoe size, however, the shoes I got is lot bigger and I had to return , however the size of this Timberland is 10.5Return process is not as simple as other products in Amazon. And they communicated two different return addresses. Anyways overall, product is excellent, however logistics and shoe size is bad !Comfortable work shoes but half inch bigger. I'm typically size 10.5 so I ordered 10.5 but feel loose like size 11. So, if you will purchase this design I suggest take the size half inch down from your actual foot size.They are rigid at first and cut in to my heal but that is expected. Other than that they are nice looking and have good traction.Shoes are quite comfortable. Based upon other reviews, I ordered a half-size smaller than I normally wear, and I'm glad that I did. I probably could have gone a whole size smaller, but these are good.Fits well and is true to Timberland quality.
